Iguana Developments invested £42m to regenerate property in Hull’s Old Town with 170 apartments. The company aims to bring Kingston upon Thames to Kingston upon Hull, providing young professionals with aspirational lifestyles exactly what they want, and more.
HU1 at Essex House on Manor Street has been renovated from a 10 storey office block into 45 high-spec, one and two bedroom apartments that include; a concierge, cinema, gym, gaming room, ultrafast broadband, balconies, roof terraces and the most spectacular views of Hull.
The next projects are Liberty House on Liberty Lane. It will become 25 apartments for sale, also featuring the same specification complete with residents’ gym and cinema room.
The largest of Iguana Developments’ projects is the much anticipated Police Station in Queen’s Gardens which will be 94 apartments, including 21 spectacular new-build duplex penthouses.
