In February 2020 Marketing Humber commissioned a two-page spread and a back page advert in a Spotlight pull-out in the New Statesman magazine. The article, which focused on the Humber’s partnerships between industry and academia to tackle climate change, is available to 2.6m readers worldwide both in print and online.
The piece aimed to highlight the Humber as a leader in innovative solutions to the decarbonisation challenge, while the back page advert previews The Waterline Summit 2020: Countdown to COP26 with a view to generating interest from leading figures and organisations on a national level.
This publication coincided with the launch of the Northern Powerhouse Conference in Manchester on 27th February, where Marketing Humber Chair Andy Parkinson will represent the Humber alongside leaders from across the north.
