Mapping, relationship building and funding strategy for Hull & East Yorkshire’s international cultural and cross-sector connections

This commission is funded by the British Council. HEY Creative is Hull and East Yorkshire’s Cultural Compact, supporting partnerships across education, health, business etc to fulfil the potential of culture’s importance throughout every dimension of local life. HEY Creative wishes to work with an individual, organisation or consortium to generate dynamic cross-sector events, workshops and conversations which will lead to the creation of a framework for the region’s international cultural work and connections, and a funding strategy to support next steps.

Fee:  £17,000 (includes travel, VAT, event costs and other expenses)

Where: Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire (office base can be provided – blend of remote and in-person work anticipated)

When: Between September / October 2022 and February 2023

Duration: Minimum 30 days

Contract: Self-employed / freelance

Responsible to: HEY Creative: Hull and East Yorkshire Cultural Compact Board
